Liked: The rooms are super small but the most impressive bathroom for that size I have ever seen. The plumbing and AC work great also.
Disliked: It’s a 3-floor walk up with no elevators -hard with heavy luggage . The 10:30am check out time is lame and should be changed to at least 11.

Liked: Incredibly value for the accommodations! We got a good last minute price online and even at regular price we wished we had booked there for more nights. Location was perfect. Room had double bed and 2 twin beds for our family of 4. Bathroom small but stylish and super clean. Very helpful 24 hours staff. Great historic looking building. Highly recommend!

Great location, lovely room, AC!...

Liked: I was a bit sceptical booking a hotel room in London city. Most of the reviews I read about neighbouring properties did not have my expectations set too high. We chose this hotel for value for money and AC in a july heat wave! It is so close to Bayswater Underground station which runs both District and Circle lines (super efficient) and a 5 min walk to Queensway Underground that runs the Central Line, its also close to Paddington for train lines. There are a number of nice restaurants and pubs close by and convenience stores too.Our room was on the ground floor. It had wonderful AC, blackout curtains, the beds were so comfy, the shower is so nice and big (the waterfall shower with option to have handheld is fantastic), the products in the bathroom were nice to use also. The room is decorated with a bold backsplash on the wall, and most things are Green which we found amusing as its in the name of the hotel. Reception staff were lovely, although when asked for a glass/cup they couldn't be bothered to get one for us - given that there are some in the rooms, you would expect that to be an easy ask. the size of the room is small, the bathroom is tiny but efficient and the shower as mentioned was great. Overall I would very much recommend this and would book again for a city stay
Disliked: On the ground floor, it was noisy as people came and went but it didnt bother us too much, the fan didn't work in the bathroom.
