Overall a great place to...

Liked: The bed was extremely comfortable!! The look of the room was pretty. Nice hot water. Great location. Nice helpful staff.
Disliked: The doors are incredibly heavy. The front gate when closed at night is very hard to open and needs to be fixed. The rooms need a deep clean, curtains, lift up beds, skirting boards are filthy (which you look at when on the loo). The room is very small with no place for luggage and the stairs are small and steep (that is typical english though).Missing do not disturb sign.

Liked: The cleaning lady was courteous to ask whether we needed something for our room
Disliked: Thin walls, you hear everyone's conversation. Not for older citizen or people with knee problems. Staircased rooms. Front desk doesn't really tell much about the hotel when you come in, where the breakfast rooms are at or when the checkout time is. For the quality one is paying, it's a bit pricey.
