Our stay was disappointing due...

Liked: Location
Disliked: There were several issues during our stay. Our first room was hard to access due to steep stairs with loose carpet, which felt unsafe. The room itself was hot, with no AC or window screens, and the carpet looked old and dirty.On our last night, we were moved to another room that had its own problems: the shower was clogged and nearly overflowed, the toilet didn’t flush properly, the lighting was very dim in the bathroom, the TV didn’t work, and the desk was sticky and unclean.The worst part was waking up to find small brown bugs on the walls, bed, and even on our clothing.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Hotel was dirty and dated ,staff seemed like they couldn't be bothered ,broken toilets,póor shower facilities, to be honest you'd get better facilities in a tent ,would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Disappointing

Overall a positive experience, but...

Liked: Location was near to the train station and restaurants. Essentials products (such as towels, soap, hairdryer, water boiler and tea) were provided, and very much appreciated.
Disliked: There was no elevator, and I had to haul a big luggage up the stairs. There was a brown stain on the wall of my room. Fire exit sign outside my room was abandoned on the floor. I was expecting air-conditioning but had to do with the fan. The lock on the door was flimsy, which is worrying. The safety chain was unusable. As a woman, I was a little scared to go to sleep, and had to make-do with blocking the door with my suitcase.

Very poor value for money....

Liked: The receptionists were friendly and they sorted out both the problems we had promptly.
Disliked: We were in a basement room, over an underground line, so very noisy and too hot. The shower was blocked. The plug/socket for the fan was faulty (which they fixed) as was a fire hazard.

Not worth the money you...

Liked: Only location closer to Paddington, but that doesn't justify the price you pay for this place with 4 floors without an elevator.
Disliked: Don't go for it. It is actually not at all worth the money you pay. Washroom size is such that you can't even move. No fresh air. Drain was choked in the shower area, and in spite of complaining, no one fixed it. Sad there is not an option of zero. Otherwise, I would have given zero.

Very good

Liked: Staff amazing, great location, comfortable beds
Disliked: A bit compact, showers/toilets not suited for larger people, water marked ceiling

I was ok after the...

Liked: The location is good and the bath room was good and clean.
Disliked: I dislike the situation I faced during night for the bedbugs which made me to stay uncomfortable, sleepless and with fear the whole night of my first stay before shifted to another room.

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Old and dated. Rooms are small with little to no space. Bathroom was tiny
