Liked: Great location - so close to Paddington Station. The staff were always very helpful.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room.

Lovely stay

Liked: Lovely friendly staff who nothing was too much for. Very helpful man on desk. Lovely staff in breakfast room with delicious food. Room was clean and tidy with everything we needed. We were put on the top floor and had a lovely view of St Mary's hospital. They made my little girl feel happy and spoke to her so nicely. Even gave us a map showing us all the lovely places to go near by.
Disliked: Nothing everything was fantastic

Disliked: No lift and on the third floor. Very steep stairs. No fire escape, No air conditioning. Room very small and bathroom like a cubicle. No dining facilities and no vending machines

Excellent location, Friendly staff, clean...

Liked: The location is superb, near to london tube and all the restaurants (especially halal) are near by, all the staff were so friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Toilets don’t have bidet.
