Probably wouldn’t recommend this hotel,...

Liked: The location walking distance to Paddington Station
Disliked: Very small and cramped, no room for luggage. Tiny shower and the stairs 4 flights to the second floor! Also not much help from reception staff on check in, not very welcoming and no offer of help, but the other two receptionists thereafter we could not fault. No air con and the pedestal fan took space we didn’t have. No hot water and no phone on room so had to run up and down stairs to ask for boiler to be turned on.

Liked: Close to shops, transport links and restaurants.
Disliked: Room was a bit smallOther than that, would return for a short stay.

Great location.

Liked: Breakfast was basic continental.
Disliked: The bed. It creaked at every movement and kept us both awake. Even after complaining to the reception.

overall it is okay

Liked: location is close to train stations (paddington and bayswater)
Disliked: water flow in shower is very low, room is smalller than you see on the picture.
