Overall not worth it.
Liked: The location was excellent, very centralised and just beside Hyde Park. Close to bus stop with a lot of buses to centre.
Disliked: The staff wasn’t friendly at all and was rude. They were not addressing the issues which we faced and did nothing about it.

Awful! Book somewhere else. Not...
Liked: WE didn't like anything!
Disliked: Our room was on the 3rd floor and there was no lift!! The stairs were really steep. The bedroom was extremely small with the double bed wedged in the corner which meant that one of us would have to climb over the other to get out. It was 32 degrees and there was no air conditioning, just a big and loud fan next to the bed. It was a complete rip off at £182 per night. We didn't even bother staying!!

The stairs is a killer...
Liked: It was clean, bed was comfy
Disliked: Rooms were small, stuffy, booked two rooms one was one 2nd floor one on 4th floor (which is a tough climb with children)

Very clean and tidy room,...
Liked: The staff were absolutely first class and very friendly right from when we first arrived and upto our departure.Thank you.
Disliked: The room was clean and tidy, though it could have done with air conditioning as we experienced one of the UK's rare 30+ degree heatwaves. But the staff arranged a Fan to help with our comfort which worked well considering the weather.Thank you.The bathroom was cramped, however if it had been planned better it would have been more comfortable to use.The Basin was fitted too low and too close to the WC, my knee hit the underside of the basin when using the WC.If the Bi-fold shower door opened from the left and not right, the basin could have been fitted more to the left giving more clearance to get in the shower, and also to use the WC. The glass shelf over the basin was a hazard when trying to splash my face as I could have easliy headbutted the shelf. But other than that it didn't spoil our stay.I hope my comments don't come across as too picky, but I have been designing Bathroom and Kitchens for over 48years, only recently retired, I still need to learn to switch off the work brain. Thanks folks we had a lovely stay..
