Liked: Good location. Convenient for Heathrow, BST Hyde Park and the district line to the Wimbledon Tennis grounds
Disliked: Poor first impression - outside is cluttered with boxes and renovation materials. I arrived early to avail of luggage facilities and while the attendant wasn’t rude, he also wasn’t friendly. The basement single room was not like the single rooms shown on Booking.com. Tiny tv in an awkward corner, no workdesk (which was in listing). Toilet so tight to hand basin a tall person would really struggle. Rips in the carpet and the chair upholstery. Very warm even with the fan. My main issue was the cleanliness of the room which I had to ask to be addressed. The bed was against a wall/window which had rust, mould and dirt. The rest of the room was reasonably clean. Breakfast was as other reviewers have described. One of my worst accommodation experiences in terms of what you get for your money.

Disliked: However the triple room we ordered was extremely small. Really cool, warm and welcoming staff.

Liked: The room was clean and the cleaning staff were thorough and very nice.
Disliked: We had two rooms,third floor and ground floor.

Liked: The contacted via WhatsApp before and during stay.Room had all the basics ie kettle, room safe
Disliked: No one was around at checkout. Had a short wait for a staff member to appear.

Liked: The location was close to restaurants, pubs and Hyde park.
Disliked: The size of the room, had a single bed and a treadle fold out bed inline with each other hard up against the wall, the size of the shower, the lack of air conditioning and elevator. The photos on booking.com were very different to what we received.
