Liked: The room was huge, overlooking Time Square, location was really close to most destinations in the city, and the entire hotel was very clean. The housekeeping staff were very friendly during my visit.
Disliked: It was always so busy in the lobby/bar area during any time of day, the hotel room didn't really block out sound from the city or within other hotel rooms. It gets REALLY noisy during the day.

Liked: Our room had mold and didn’t look like what was booked online
Disliked: The mold in the bathroom that we noticed in the ceiling on the last day

Disliked: Disconnect between booking.com and the property on the rates. Raised complaint to both Booking.command to the property when went in to silence on both ends.
