I really enjoyed my 4 day stay at the hotel. The room was the right size, the view from my window of Levi's Stadium was outstanding. The restaurant was the only disappointment that I had. I want to give a great thank you to Guest Service Agent, Fadi Kilani. He went above and beyond to assist me and my guest. When I am back in the area I will definitely stay with you again.

Disliked: We check into hotel and one hour later the concert got cancelled - we tried to get a refund and leave the hotel but no refund would be given. Very disappointed.

Liked: See what I did not like, it changes my view of Booking.com
Disliked: I booked my reservation with Booking.com, originally for 4 rooms, then reduced to 3 rooms, and then changed the names to the people who would be occupying them. All of this was within the agreed timeline with Booking.com. Hyatt placed a charge for 5 rooms on a credit card I did not supply them with immediately after I booked the rooms on Booking. When checking out, I used a different card, a process I have used with Booking without any issues in the past, and Hyatt provided a refund for two rooms. I still have the charge of $1,290.40 over the charge of $1,008.26 on my other card. So, for a 1-night stay for 3 rooms, I paid $2,298.66! That is $766.22 per room! I may not use Booking.com again. I have contacted Hyatt directly 3 times without satisfactory resolution. They said I made the reservations and never cancelled them!
