I really enjoyed my 4 day stay at the hotel. The room was the right size, the view from my window of Levi's Stadium was outstanding. The restaurant was the only disappointment that I had. I want to give a great thank you to Guest Service Agent, Fadi Kilani. He went above and beyond to assist me and my guest. When I am back in the area I will definitely stay with you again.

Disliked: We check into hotel and one hour later the concert got cancelled - we tried to get a refund and leave the hotel but no refund would be given. Very disappointed.

Wonderful experience. Our best stay...
Liked: The hotel facility is gorgeous. We opted for the free breakfast package which was phenomenal!
Disliked: There was an added nightly parking fee we were not previously aware of.

I felt safe and comfortable...
Liked: Cleanliness, staff, convenience of having a restaurant in the lobby. The Hotel lobby staff was very accommodating and did a superb job.
Disliked: The drain didn?t work in the shower so the water filled up 3 inches when someone took a shower. Also, it was non-smoking but it smelled like smoke and had a cigarette burnt hole on the curtain.

Liked: Bed was comfy. Food would have been good had it not been old.
Disliked: Fraudulent charge for included breakfast. Rude staff when trying to look for lost air filter on oxygen machine. Rude and complacent staff and management dealing with fraudulent charges. Lost wages dealing with crisis. Situation still unresolved. Still haven't spoken to management after several attempts. My partner could have died due to the situation, as he is reliant on full-time oxygen support and could've died, had We not been gifted money at the gas station when we became aware that your hotel overcharge had overdrafted my bank account. We are still trying to deal with this situation.
