I really enjoyed my 4 day stay at the hotel. The room was the right size, the view from my window of Levi's Stadium was outstanding. The restaurant was the only disappointment that I had. I want to give a great thank you to Guest Service Agent, Fadi Kilani. He went above and beyond to assist me and my guest. When I am back in the area I will definitely stay with you again.

Disliked: We check into hotel and one hour later the concert got cancelled - we tried to get a refund and leave the hotel but no refund would be given. Very disappointed.

Liked: Cleanliness, natural products, food options on menu.
Disliked: People already pay a high price for the room to charge $17 parking, no microwave in the room to reheat food ordered, 22% mandatory service charge when it's not even a sit down restaurant experience, along with $5 room service fee with no "pick-up" option.
