Liked: Access, nice , clean , convenient
Disliked: Staff denied existence of my booking without any explanation. Did not even try to look up second time . I had my mail amd resevation with me but imagine booking operator suggesting to cancel and look for another hotel. I tried second time with a different attendant, she was able to get it immediately. Did not expect this to happen at Hayat. I would be very careful next time through booking.com.

Liked: Beds were comfy, rooms were clean, food was good
Disliked: This was a staycation for my family of 3. We came to enjoy some creature comforts and mostly the pool for my child. 1. We showed up at 3pm and sat up the lobby until our room was ready at 4:302. We paid $500 for a suite - both in room phones didn't work. The main TV needed to be serviced to work. 3. No room service 4. Went down to use the pool around 6pm and two people, who stunk of weed, rented one room and let a whole group of friends and family come in for a birthday party. Hotel did nothing. My little one had to wait until 9pm to swim. 5. 4 bottles of complimentary water for a $500 Suite. You had to buy everything. It's a Suite! We paid extra for an experience for our child. In the end we paid a lot for just some extra space.
