Hyatt Regency Phoenix

We enjoyed the fact that we could park near the hotel and walk to and from the venue. The lobby area of the hotel was very nice. The room, however, was disappointing. For $149+ one would not expect broken furniture i.e missing trim on TV console with nails sticking out; ripped fabric on platform of bed; low water pressure in bathroom, and the shower curtain needed to be replaced - worn, thin. Also, breakfast in the cafe was $42 for two people - eggs, bacon, toast, and coffee?

Liked: Walking distance to Comerica Theatre.
Disliked: Room in poor repair - needs to be updated.

Nice room; comfortable beds; quiet room; close to Chase Field and just perfect all around.

Disliked: Too pricey on the valet parking.

Disliked: Parking is 30 usd a day next door 3rd party car park. Breakfast is a unclear voucher system, not clear what you can have, no clear set menu only vague indication of what may be covered. Needs to be clearer.

Disliked: Elevators slow. No indicator what floor they were on so no idea how long before one comes. $75 incidental charge not explained at time of Check in. Charge for water bottles in room. Was incorrectly billed for a water bottle we did not use! Room layout was odd!
