We enjoyed the fact that we could park near the hotel and walk to and from the venue. The lobby area of the hotel was very nice. The room, however, was disappointing. For $149+ one would not expect broken furniture i.e missing trim on TV console with nails sticking out; ripped fabric on platform of bed; low water pressure in bathroom, and the shower curtain needed to be replaced - worn, thin. Also, breakfast in the cafe was $42 for two people - eggs, bacon, toast, and coffee?

Liked: Walking distance to Comerica Theatre.
Disliked: Room in poor repair - needs to be updated.

Clean & well located but...

Liked: The hotel is clean and well located just in downtown with the Convention Center and the Footprint Arena very close so you can go walking.
Disliked: Too crowed! We wanted to use the pool but it was always full. The parking is a nightmare. They charge too much for it and you have to pay more if you will be in and out. I thought the parking lot was closer but you need to walk more than a block to get into the elevator to get the car. Next time I will stay in another hotel.

Perfect location for PHX Arena

Liked: This is the second time staying here for a concert at the PHX arena (footprint center) and it's an easy walk that only takes a couple of minutes from the hotel. Both times, upon early arrival, they let us check in at no extra charge. The staff encountered were kind and the room was clean and comfy. We'll definitely stay again in the future!
Disliked: No complaints, everything was great.

I enjoyed my stay there,...

Liked: Super location near the convention center, where I had an event. Front desk let me have an early check-in and later check-out.
Disliked: The AC was not strong enough; 109 degree weather
