Disliked: No hot water on two separate days. I had to take cold showers.

Would highly recommend the Hyatt to anyone who enjoys the best.

Disliked: Requested a king bed upon placing the reservation. Upon arriving at the hotel was told no king size bed available but if I agreed to pay an addiona $15 per day one was available!! There was a concert that occurred on Suday, for the entire day and evening

Liked: The staff was amazing. Everyone was very eager to help in whatever possible to make your stay comfortable.

Liked: The bed was really cozy. The room was spacious and clean.
Disliked: It was a little difficult in finding our room in the beginning. It became easier with the associate's help.

Liked: It's clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The quality of everything, from the food, to the drinks, to the elevators, to the pool bar was suburb.
Disliked: They did close the pool bar around 3pm with no real explanation, which sucked.

Liked: Clean Room, comfortable, staff friendly.
Disliked: Air conditioning in the room was very loud. Breakfast did not dazzle for the price.

Disliked: very noisy rooms. It is very concerning when they leave ear plugs on the night stand. This must be a know problem. Very dissatisfying.
