I could not have been more underwhelmed. The room was a joke. I had a Marina view suite and between the trash in the toilet, torn wallpaper, peeling paint, dirty carpet, stained sheets, and general dust and dirt everywhere I wanted to leave as soon as I got there. The amenities listed on the website need to be requested. It seems that a "do not disturb" sign to put on the door also needs to be requested, along with a blanket. I've stayed at roadside Motel 6's for 1/3 the price and had a better, cleaner stay. The topper was in the morning when a staff member was banging on the door repeatedly, and when I answered he wanted to know what I wanted for breakfast from room service. I hadn't requested room service by the way. I would advise staying away - far away from this dump.

Disliked: Room was filthy; decor was worn; banging on the door early in the morning.

Only complaint was the noisy wake up call at 8:30 am. We were on vacation, so actually wanted to sleep in! They started up a LOUD machine to clean the walkways, and ran it for over an hour. It sounded like they were drilling through the cement right outside our door.

Liked: Parking was crazy expensive! But the employees were kind & accommodating with every need we had. Bed were very comfortable! & my daughters loved the pool area.

Great place with kids

Liked: We very much enjoyed the breakfast that was included with the room at the Red Marlin. The pools and slides were a BIG hit with the kids, as well as the game area outside the lobby.
Disliked: I wish they had suites available with 2 bedrooms

Disappointing

Liked: The location was great. The view was nice and it is centrally located.
Disliked: My room was changed from 2 queens to a king and pull out sofa, which meant one of my kids had to sleep on a very crummy thin mattress. Additionally, their parking area machine didn't work and I had to pay the lost ticket fee to leave because the call button didn't work and no one was around to help as it was early. Overall for the cost of the room, this made me feel like I would not come back to this hotel. Disappointed.

Liked: Location was great, water slides and kayak rental were fun and liked the shuttle services to SeaWorld, staff was awesome as well
Disliked: Pool seemed dirty, room seemed small for the price, fountain drinks weren’t working at the red marlin, bathroom in our room seemed dated, cost for parking on top of already high room rate, no microwave in room
