The fire system works great and the staff was very helpful.

Disliked: Refrigerator was not cold - almost warm.

Loved the room - the fire area was a very comfortable space. Staff were excellent, and not just one individual - every interaction we had was pleasant. One of the desk workers in the lobby even let me print off the tickets I forgot from her own computer! Kudos to all the staff.

Disliked: Restaurant was overpriced for the minuscule portion I received.

Liked: Location, close to the Minneapolis convention center, the hotel is well kept and the Gym was well equipped
Disliked: Staff could be a little warmer, except for the market employees they were amazing.
