Disliked: This was sup[posed to be a short layover before a an red eye interntaiional flight. In a tremedous cock up that took hours to straighten out, all of my belongings, including carryon with ID etc were delivered to the wrong room and lost for hours. A tense stay with no rest.

Liked: The location and shuttle bus were fantastic. The room was good and all the staff we dealt with were excellent
Disliked: The food offerings were very limited. We had dinner in the ‘restaurant’ which was really just an area of the foyer. The food was very below par. We were very disappointed as we’d planned a special meal for our final night in the US. There was no comfortable lounge / bar area at all.
