Liked: Comfortable beds
Disliked: I did ask if something special could be done as we stayed at the hotel for a special 50th twins birthday. Nothing was done except a few balloons, which was disappointing

A pleasant stay in a...

Liked: Room was large and well keptBreakfast was very delightful and had many, many choices.Location- pretty good. Had the tube station just across the road. Most other sites of interest were within walking distance.
Disliked: The building- not so modern but probably in keeping with the surrounding buildings.Overall service and attention of staff a bit on the slower side.

Great location. Rooms too small.

Liked: Easy check in. Great location transport wise.
Disliked: Room was tiny and dark. Facing an office with many employees so never felt comfortable opening curtains during the day.

It was good overall.

Liked: Great location, quiet room, comfortable bed, good breakfast
Disliked: We were initially given a dark room facing the inner courtyard with a wall right outside the windows. We asked to move to a brighter room and managed to do so the next day.

Liked: typical british. maybe more veggies
Disliked: all ok,but I think there will be a coffe machine,like other hotels. of course the coffee is serwed,but it s sometimes easier to make it by yourself
