Liked: Nearly all things were fantastic
Disliked: It's not unusual in the city, but the parking was a few blocks away and if you left you would have to pay the daily rate each time, making you decide whether you're willing to pay indefinite amounts to go anywhere out of walking range or to use different transportation

Clean Room and Friendly Staff,...

Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable. The window faced the harbor, offering a beautiful and open view—especially stunning in the evening. The front desk staff were efficient, and the porter who helped with our luggage was incredibly friendly and polite. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended!
Disliked: That said, there are a few areas for improvement. On the day of our check-out, we called to request assistance with our luggage but were told no staff were available at that time. This suggests a possible shortage of manpower during certain hours. Also, the soundproofing could be better—I could hear a baby crying and someone practicing the violin in a neighboring room, which affected the quietness of the stay.

Liked: Location, except that when streets were closed for 4th of July, there was no warning or assistance offered by staff to navigate closures.
Disliked: Poor service. Nobody assisting with luggage on arrival. Only 2 coffee cups in room despite it being a room for 4. Staff not very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Staff was indifferent, no help whatsoever unless asked.....the lady charged 300 usd extra at time of check in which was supposed to be returned but last I checked it has not been refunded!

Disliked: I asked for a room with a couch like is advertised on the website and they gave me the run around and I ended up with chair room instead.
