My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt and found it to be an exceptional value. The price was great and we walked one block to a fabulous restaurant and then another block to the Wilbur for a show. Room was clean and bed comfortable!!!

Perfect for the moment.

Liked: Great stay, location, service, appointments, cleanliness
Disliked: Access to the pool is odd. There did not appear to be any ADA access. Lot of stairs; I have an arthritic knee. Pool is great for the knee but stairs not so much. DTC still has a sketchy element and we witnessed what appeared to be the arrest of a street walker in front of the hotel.

Great location but wouldn’t stay...

Liked: Location was superb. Close to public garden, theaters, restaurants and Freedom Trail. Staff was friendly and hotel was very clean.
Disliked: Bedding was very bad. Stiff, scratchy sheets and truly awful pillows, to the point that no one in our group of six slept well. Towels were also worn. Past time for an overhaul on the linens.

This is a great hotel,...

Liked: Hyatt Regency Boston was located in a great area for walking too many local attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The property was clean and well-maintained, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a great breakfast buffet.
Disliked: The multiple elevators to get to your room
