Good hotel but disappointing to...
Disliked: The booking.com app did not allow us to change the number of occupants from 2 to 4 in the quadruple room booked for 4. The price supposedly included breakfast but although we let them know, we were charged for breakfast for 4. I rang the hotel and they said they could only refund breakfast for 2 as we had only booked the room for 2, but so far no refund at all has been received.

Liked: After booking.com made a total mess of our booking, Zack at the Hyatt was so helpful and accommodating and got us an even better room! Courtesy bus to the airport terminal was so convenient and all staff were so pleasant. Location very good with excellent views of the city. Will defiantly return.

Good place to stay overnight...
Liked: Close to Logan Airport. Zack at the front deskwas great. Made us feel welcomed.
Disliked: They tell you to call for a pick-up from the airport but the call went to music on hold. Had to call back to get a real person and that person was not really apologetic on the pick-up call. The hotel restaurant (the only one nearby) was under-impressive. Menu was limited and the smaller plates were not all that well prepared or presented.

Liked: Location and views good.
Disliked: Surprised that the hotel shuttle goes to the airport but not from the airport - $7 uber so not a biggie but seems strange

Liked: Loved the hotel
Disliked: Dinner was a complete disaster. It took 90 minutes go get out dinner and we were the second table to get there. Our order got lost twice. The didn?t charge us for our dinner, but our waitress didn?t take the initiative to find out what was going on with our order either time and we had to get the manager involved.
