Location - Ideal Comfort -...

Liked: Staff was extremely polite and catered to our needs. (We requested body pillows, but they did not have these and offered extra regular pillows. We needed a wheelchair, as well, to go up to our room, and they promptly provided one.) Their amenities seemed plentiful, although we didn't partake in any. The hotel was quiet, and the location was ideal for a quick overnight stay after a visit to the UC Health Anshutz Hospital.
Disliked: The beds in their King Room were extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was stiff, and the pillows were either very stiff or far too soft. The comforter and sheets felt like one large piece of tissue paper - very noisy and not soft whatsoever. If you want a good night's sleep, in terms of comfort, this is not the place.

Liked: Front desk was very friendly, kind, and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable
Disliked: Parking garage is at end of the hotel and it’s quite a walk to the front entrance which is the only entrance from the garage. There is a daily charge for parking that is not mentioned anywhere that I could find. The front desk staff was kind enough to accommodate me and give me a pass to park closer, but I think this is something that should be made known before booking. Daily construction right in front of hotel.
