Wouldn’t stay here again

Liked: We arrived late and late check in was available. Front desk personnel was very kind. Free parking. The water pressure was good and there was hot water although there was never an in between it was either burning water or hot water.
Disliked: As we arrived the lobby was closed off so we had to go to the back… very dark and not the best appearance. Very small lobby space. We are a family of 5 and although the room said “2 queen beds” the beds barely fit my 8 & 9 year old. Extremely small “queen” beds they felt more like a full size. The room was extremely outdated. The hallways were hot although the room’s temperature was good.

Liked: The rooms were a nice size, which worked well of our group and allowed us to spread out. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful as well.
Disliked: They're doing construction right now and I think it will be really nice when it's done. It does make things a bit chaotic. It's perfectly fine for a quick stay, but I wouldn't stay it's ideal for a relaxation one until the construction is complete. Note about the shuttle. They use an uber/taxi/lyft situation that takes you to the airport free. The pickups start at 5am, but we were not aware. We got in the uber/shuttle at about 4:40AM and the driver told us when were about 5 minutes down the road that it was not free before 5am and it would be $150 total. I asked him to return us to the hotel- fortunately he did. The front desk were apologetic and ordered (and paid) for a Lyft, but it was just an uncomfortable situation. Just be sure you confirm it's free if you happen to get in the shuttle a moment before 5am.

Superb

Liked: Breakfast was good. Location was good and staff was friendly. It was clean too.
Disliked: My bed was comfortable and my hips didn't hurt but other people in my group had uncomfortable beds.The elevators were always in use, especially in the morning as the cleaning staff used them.

Disliked: The construction was very impactful to our stay. We couldn't enjoy the pool, because there was Styrofoam debris falling from the building into the pool.The room and hallway also had debris.The wifi did not work in the room.
