Superb

Liked: Breakfast (although fruit options would be greatly welcomed during the entire breakfast time -there are only bananas until 8:30 am).Parking availablePlaza very near

Liked: Location is really good, 15mins from manhattan from the bus stop just outside also some decent food places a short walk away too.
Disliked: Seems only one lift was operational? Was some wait times during the breakfast periods.

Fantastic location—super convenient for shopping...

Liked: Great location! Convenient to shopping and only about 15 minutes to the entrance to NYC through the Lincoln Tunnel. Rooms were huge!
Disliked: The bathroom was very outdated and small.

Very good

Liked: The room was cleaned and updated, the breakfast selections were good. Close to MetLife stadium and variety of restaurants.
Disliked: My prepaid reservation through Booking.com was canceled by the hotel because the property did not take cards attached to your Apple wallet due to prior fraudulent transactions within the hotel’s system. The card had to be physically swiped upon arrival, however I used affirm to pay for the reservation on Booking.com. I arrived went to check in and had to end up swiping my personal credit card to pay for the night which I didn’t plan on doing, yet no one sent an email stating that my reservation was cancelled. Just a big misunderstanding due to the hotel’s lack of fraudulent security. $349 for one night.

My stay was a nightmare

Liked: I am deeply disappointed by my recent experience at the place we visited. The staff at the front desk were not only rude and disrespectful but also displayed abhorrent behavior, making racist remarks. This was a distressing ordeal that my children and I had to endure, and it has been by far the worst encounter we have ever had.
Disliked: Nothing
