Liked: Your front desk staff is excellent. They were incredibly helpful and pleasant. They definitely made our trip more enjoyable, we would come back because of them. We liked how convenient it was to the bus and parking as well and that parking was not additional.

Disliked: Found a bed bug in the bathroom as soon as we checked in. We called the front the desk, and they came up and they said it's not a bed bug.. We checked in at 12:00 am. Woke up at 2:30 am with bites all over of us. After being told it was "not" a bed bug. We had booked 2 rooms that were conjoining and if ours have bed bugs our 2nd room definitely has it. When it came time to check out of the 2nd room, they said they aren't giving us a refund for the 2nd room. We slept for 1 hour, if that. No type of help finding another room, they were fully booked so they couldn't give us another room. And the front desk lady Pamela is the one who said it's not a bed bug, I don't know who she was trying to convince, herself or us. And then became difficult at check out for the second room since there was "no bed bugs" in that room as if we weren't inconveniencing not only ourselves but also our out of town guests we brought here. Absolutely ridiculous. I'd like to also mention that the sofa bed had hair still on it from whoever used it last. We have been sitting in our car for 2 hours now as well. They didn't even try to call other Hyatt's to accommodate us. Super angry and disappointed and now we have to deal with the consequences of cleaning our things.

Disliked: The AC was very noisy, I couldn't sleep properly, and when i want to change the temperature , I have to go next to the door i was really disappointed.

Simply amazing

Liked: I simply loved everything about the Hyatt they made you feel at home 100% all day. To the front desk people I really appreciate all your help and your courtesy and how wonderful you were just to chat with. Your sandwiches were good upfront. Breakfast was amazing. The bedrooms are beautiful. Showers are awesome. There wasn’t a thing that I didn’t like about the Hyatt. I definitely will be going back to this hotel. I do highly recommend if you’re staying in Secaucus this is the place to stay.
