We had an amazing experience during our stay. Everyone was very kind and helpful, and everything was very clean and orderly! I would definitely recommend the Hyatt Place to any of our family and friends - definitely a place that we would stay again!

Liked: Everything about the hotel was absolutely awesome! It was very clean; the staff was very friendly and helpful, and having access to a 24/7 kitchen was definitely a plus! The family style complimentary breakfast bar was also a very pleasant surprise!
Disliked: None.

Wonderfully decorated rooms, great staff, good price. Perfect place for a one night stop, or a longer stay!

Liked: Everything about the actual establishment!
Disliked: Creepers at the awesome late night snack shop/drunk refill station (i.e. bar).

Liked: It was secluded, clean and well maintained
Disliked: The breakfast only catered to one type of person. With the dietary needs of people changing everyday it would’ve been nice to have non pork options. The toppings for the oatmeal was stale as if they haven’t emptied and put fresh items in there in months. I’m not looking for a gourmet breakfast just options for all dietary needs.

Liked: I cannot really say anything good about my stay have stayed there before and it was wonderful this time they’ve changed too many things
Disliked: The breakfast was horrible. They didn’t even have a regular coffee pot. They brought the coffee in from another site in a plastic barrel no muffins no pastries, and their eggs are absolutely terrible. There was nobody to do any housekeeping so one housekeeper in a man came and gave us a whole bunch of towels, we were there for four days and on the fourth day they finally vacuum in the hallway I have gone downhill. I would not stay here again.

Will not be returning due...

Disliked: They were having some key issues with them not working The maid walked in our room unannounced while we were being intimate Told the assistant manager what happened and she offered me a snack to make up for what happen
