Decent hotel, spotless, great views.

Liked: The Hotel is close to Penn Station and 23St Subway. It is spotless, exceptionally clean. The view from our room was unbelievable. Room size was on par with European rooms.
Disliked: Breakfast is a bit chaotic, no real flow in dining area. The lifts can be a bit busy, but there’s 45 floors and 4 lifts so do the maths. Not really a dislike more a suggestion, towels are changed daily. I would be happy to not have them automatically changed unless required. Save on washing and help environment.

Awesome front end staff and...

Liked: The front end staff are fantastic. Was meet with a smile and we were even able to check in early after arriving in the morning to job our bags off. This wasn’t expected but it was a pleasant surprise to be offered the chance to check in early. Thanks.
Disliked: The only frustrating part of this hotel is the elevators. They seem to have a mind of their own. Sometimes you can be left waiting a long time for your ride.

A good base to explore...

Liked: The hotel location was great, the hotel staff were friendly
Disliked: The elevator was fine until the last day when we had to wait over 15 minutes. Breakfast was very busy and even when you get a table the queue to the very narrow room was trying. The aircon in the room was extremely loud, too loud to sleep with. A strange buzzer sound started at 2 am one morning and repeated every 10 mins, not sure what this was?
