Liked: Location.Friendly staff.Hotel amenities
Disliked: Breakfast - the scrambled eggs were terrible. Not enough options if staying for more than two nights and few options for non pork eaters.

Centrally located, clean hotel with...

Liked: Hotel was centrally located and had big enough room for the family. Breakfast was good with wide selection. We had the room with the Empire State Building view and really enjoyed it. Rooftop terrace at the 26th floor offered amazing view over the city and towards Empire State Building.
Disliked: Lifts were highly occupied during the peak hours, but as we mainly avoided rush hours it wasn't a problem for us.

Good location. Correct value for...

Liked: lOCATION WAS ALMOST PERFECT TO VISIT BROADWAY AREA AND DOWNTOWN MANHATTEN. CORRECT VALUE FOR MONEY.
Disliked: Brakfast was rather hectic with lots of people filling-up the br. area. Room was rather small (19 sqm.)

Disliked: During my recent business trip, I encountered significant issues at your Hyatt property: a moldy quilt (a clear health hazard) and a blocked bathroom tub

Very good again

Liked: Location close to TS but not too noisy, rooftop view, room size, breakfast (hard to find in NYC), high floor rooms with a view (had view in Empire state the 1st time)
