Disliked: 2 bottles of water for 13 dollars, its normally for free. Just bottled water. Not the fancy ones. that never happened anywhere in the world I travelled a lot trust me.

Liked: The location of the hotel is great and the view from the window was magnificent!
Disliked: It was not very clean - we had to call twice for 4 days to get them clean a second time and provide fresh towels. The breakfast was not good, we only tried once and it was very busy, food was not great and the space was not clean. Long waiting times for the elevator.

Disliked: Rooms are very small, not enough space to walk in the room if you have 2 luggages.Water in the room are not complimentary. It is a pity to learn this after check out.Too much waiting in the morning for the elevator.

Liked: Location was great. Staff were receptive and always available.
Disliked: The breakfast was too crowded and unorganized. Ran out of silverware. No seating. The elevators were too crowded and often when one would eventually arrive it was too full for more pasengers.

Liked: Room was clean and house keeping came in each day. Breakfast was included which was nice. They kept our luggage for us the day of check out which helped immensely.
Disliked: Elevators took way too long to come. Some days, we opted to take the stairs after waiting for 10+ minutes with no elevators. We were located on the 20th floor. Breakfast was a nice touch but no place to sit after getting food. One day, we had to take our plates, wait for the elevator and take it to the room. They need more seating for that. Location was in a semi- bad neighborhood. They had water bottles in the room but charged $6 each. We noticed that after opening them. The AC unit made a horrible loud noise every other minute and kept us awake all night long. No bathrooms downstairs in the lobby.
