Rooms did not match our...

Liked: The city view, exceptional
Disliked: We booked a room with 2 beds but there were only rooms with one bed and one sofa bed left when we arrived. The sofa bed was too short for a teenager. The staff could not give us the rimes we had booked.The rooms were not cleaned before 6pm and at that time we wanted to rest in the room, therefore the rooms have not been cleaned. Another day there were no towels in the room.

Liked: The hotel doesn't meet the standards of a 4-star hotel.
Disliked: In the morning, I waited more than 20 minutes for the elevator, every day.The breakfast room was always very crowded and often there wasn't enough room to sit. The cutlery was plastic... unacceptable for a 4-star hotel.

Liked: Location and nice staff
Disliked: I had to wait over 20 mins for an Elevator each morning and squeeze into an Overly full one, or walk down 20 flights of stairs. The facility does not accommodate the amount of people. Breakfast was chaos and a joke.
