Liked: It is alright but the elevator takes so long and the walls are not very well isolated so noise are easily heard. But the overall experience was good. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Liked: Great location and helpful staff.
Disliked: Elevators take forever in the morning, my family waited for an elevator for over 15 minutes and then finally decided to take the stairs down,30 flights. This happened both of the mornings we stayed there. Not acceptable. I also felt that the breakfast ends too soon, 9am.

Quiet and comfortable beds BUT...

Liked: Beds very comfortable. Room is quiet , especially for New York
Disliked: Worst ever experience when it comes to elevators. Waiting’s times are beyond acceptable. Luckily only stayed on the tenth floor. I say this since we walked down most times. By the time an elevator showed it be too full to even get in. The complimentary breakfast is a nightmare zoo. Far to many people for the space. Also the hotel has no lobby at all. 45 floors of rooms and then no place to wait and meet others also staying in the hotel. Who by the way are waiting for ever for a lift.The facility needs to upgrade its elevator management system. Prior to that recommend to not stay here unless you enjoy walking stairs

A room with a view...

Liked: I liked the location, staff and the rooms - City view - GREAT
Disliked: The only cons are the bathroom door and the more than too loud air con.

Good view , but overall...

Liked: Location and view , especially from the 40th floor . Staff were attentive and helpful.
Disliked: 4 lifts and some of them not working . Manic rush at breakfast room - it felt very rushed and very crowded . Guests waiting next to other guests to finish breakfast. The breakfast area needs to addressed! Choice was basic and the same every day . Plastic plates , plastic cutlery wrapped in plastic, apples wrapped in cling film …. Hyatt, you clearly don’t care about the environment. .

Liked: Location, Staffs , breakfast , maintenance guy.
Disliked: Clogged drain with full of hair which house keeper could have easily reported and fixed it then by the help of maintenance but I had to call maintenance and he did fixed it but was gross to see all that hair .
