Enjoyed it!!

Liked: Friendly Staff and very nice apartment style room. Great location and convenient to the Cruise Port.

Sleepless night

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The staff seemed friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a good neighborhood near shopping and restaurants.
Disliked: I couldn't sleep because of a banging noise that went on tonight outside somewhere. I still haven't figured out where it was coming from but I tried. We've stayed here twice before and didn't have that problem so hopefully maybe next trip it'll be better.

It was nice for an...

Liked: The property was really nicely decorated and they serve Starbucks coffee. The staff was courteous and helpful.
Disliked: The rooms were kind of dirty and the blankets were super thin.

Liked: The staff here are awesome!! We’ve stayed here several times when cruising out of Jacksonville !! Always very helpful with anything you need.
