This hotel was fine

Liked: Our room was spacious and nice.
Disliked: We paid extra to stay on a higher floor but all we could see when we looked out the window was the building directly next to us.

Liked: The front desk manager was awesome. I called the day before to find out if everything was OK after the storm, I told her it was mine and my son‘s birthday she upgraded our room and even had a package for us when we checked in with candy bars and our names on it saying happy birthday.

Liked: The room was great
Disliked: Valet was rude and slow The free breakfast was terrible.. it was empty for 1 hour before it was over I had 2 sausage... no coffee avaliable at breakfast...I ask to borrow a charger and the front deck was rude

The location was alright during...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The rooms need to be updated, carpet looks old and dirty. Also there is no Starbucks barista at the hotel so there’s basically no reason to have the coffee area if no one is there to make the drinks.
