We were very impressed with the set up of the rooms, service, and cleanliness of the hotel. The first night we were put into a room that had a blower going and when we called down to the front desk, they not only moved us to another room, but met us with the new keys. Staff was very apologetic for the mistake. We have had to change rooms before for similar reasons but this was the first time we were met by the staff. We would definitely recommend the Hyatt and look forward to staying there again on our next to trip to Cowtown.

Liked: Accommodating, friendly staff. Location was excellent for Stockyard access.
Disliked: Very standard room for the price point. Pool was very small. Not much else happening at the hotel.

We were relaxed and enjoyed...

Liked: The breakfast was very good and the times were perfect.The 12:00 check out time alone would make me come back.You could not ask for a better location, perfect for families there to enjoy the Stockyards.The ice cold available water 24 hours a day was key!
Disliked: The tv in the bedroom is poorly located, there should be two, one for the beds and one in the living room area. The screen on the tv in our room was damaged, so we couldn't really use it.I would also have liked it if there were drawers for putting away clothing.

Liked: Bed was too hard. But everything else was great.

Liked: Great location. Wonderful and kind staff. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Only 1 working elevator. The AC unit was right next to the bed and very loud when running which made it hard to sleep at times.

I would stay here again...

Liked: Location was exceptional as well as the hotel staff. Everyone was friendly, professional and helpful and breakfast was average. The location was great as we walked out of the front door of our hotel and was right in the middle of the stockyards. The view was nice too as we were on the top floor and could look down onto the main road where all the shops and events were happening.
Disliked: The price (over $600 a night), it wasn't worth it for the hotel itself. The hotel was nice but I believe I actually paid for the location more so than the hotel itself. The hotel's open spaces were small and cramped will little room for the "openness" of foyer and entrance of the hotel. The hallways to the rooms were dimly lit and bland in appearance. The rooms need updating as well.
