Liked: The staff were friendly and professional, the room spacious and comfortable and the location very near the main historical sites.
Disliked: The breakfast could do with additional cooked options

Liked: Great location. Close to the train station, market, and variety of restaurants
Disliked: AC was in adequate for summer heat, bed was quite stiff

Liked: the size of the rooms, location being central, staff.
Disliked: although the location was an advantage being central , it was not in a nice clean area. the streets were not clean even at the entrance of the hotel , bad odors with many homeless people near the door. I would preferred maybe a lower star level for a better location.for us staying 6 night the breakfast was very basic repeated every day, saying this a have to say that the staff were very nice and considerate

Liked: Very central, walkable to main areas in Florence. A lot of nice restaurants near hotel. Also very near the main station.
