Liked: Location good. Hotel old and worn out. Needs remodel.
Disliked: Holes on bedspread/blanket. Room dingy. No info about area restaurants, stores, etc.

Excellent value and convenience

Liked: Convenient location to the cruise port as well as restaurants, a Publix grocery store, and an LA Fitness gym. Breakfast is included which is a plus. Airport transportation is provided by a third party vendor for $15 each way and was quick and convenient.

Liked: Breakfast, friendly staff, and great transportation crew.
Disliked: There was a strange odor in one of our rooms.

Ok place for short stay

Liked: The location is great for cruisers.
Disliked: The staff seem unhappy to be in service industry- not a smile among them. The shuttle from airport was so confusing- hotel website says to make reservations with outside company and you are redirected to their website. After I made a reservation for pickup, we waited over an hour and any call to the number given was immediately sent to recorded message to text instead. I texted twice and waited- finally another shuttle driver said to call the hotel. They said they’d pick us up in 10 min- I’ll use a taxi from now on.
