Outdated rooms that are not...

Liked: Breakfast was a 2 out of 5, 2 is low. I was only able to eat a English muffin and coffee. Not many options other than powder watery eggs, the cheapest bacon and dry frozen waffle. the cut fruit was gross. Convenience of coffee on site was a plus and the mini bar in lobby was ok
Disliked: The floor hallways smelled awful like dirty carpet never ever cleaned. The room was very outdated, carpet smelled, Toilet was Not cleaned I had to clean it because there were obvious signs of dried urine and dirt, the sink had bugs coming from the overflow drain and the drain.

Not a bad stay but...

Liked: Location was perfect for Lego Land and the aquarium. Easy to get to it from the hotel.
Disliked: When the elevator broke down while my mom, daughter, and I were in it. Then had to walk up 6 flights of stairs with all of our shopping bags.

Liked: I liked the size of the room, the breakfast assortment.
Disliked: You need kleenex in the room.

Convenient, best of thing was...

Liked: Transport shuttle staff were phenomenal good. Massive thanks to them. Room was very clean
Disliked: Breakfast was terrible. No safe in room. Hotel is very tired and old. Like really tired. Reception staff were average. Not very friendly
