Overall a great place to stay. Close to downtown Charlotte and easy to find.

Liked: Clean room and very comfortable.
Disliked: Hot breakfast was warm, not hot. Disappointing.

Liked: The staff was very nice and the room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: We asked for an upper quiet floor. We were given a 2nd floor room next to the elevator which made an annoying noise all night long. We had an early flight the next day and basically got no sleep.

Liked: Very friendly service and the rooms were very nice and clean. Then didn't hesitate to get the extra items needed and the staff always greeted everyone with the same passion. I love it and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice comfortable out the way stay. 4 thumbs up.
Disliked: Everything was perfect for what I needed it for.

The cleanliness of the room...

Liked: The breakfast was terrible. I was expecting better options. A waffle maker would’ve been nice. Seasonal fruit would have been nice.

Disliked: they charged me 6 days of parking went to Dominion Republic came back on 5/12 they had already charged me for parking bit charged me 2 times one will drop off..I'll never Stay again
