Liked: Bed and pillows very comfortable, shower was excellent, layout of room was open, large and more than adequate.The evening employee at the front desk was kind, curious, and knowledgeable. She was a pleasure to deal with after a very long day and flight cancelations.
Disliked: Waiting for a shuttle at the airport early evening - took longer than expected. Saw two vans arrive from other hotels to one from Hyatt in the same timeline. If the problem was waiting to see if hotel guests "might" want a shuttle to the airport, perhaps you should have them sign up when they check in. Of course weather and traffic always have an impact.

Tolerable for one night if...
Liked: Breakfast tasted great. Staff was accommodating in room switch and validating parking. WiFI was great. well-lit parking lot
Disliked: "Self Parking" is misleading as parking is not free, first room was nonsmoking and smelled strongly of smoke (room 616); second room (315) had multiple stains on sofa and weird congealed splatters on the headboard, elevator flooring was chipped, dirty, and elevator rickety, tables not wiped off at breakfast, shower had mold in corners and bathroom ceiling was sagging from water damage in multiple spots.

It was like sleeping in...
Liked: It was close to the interstate
Disliked: We arrived late, the hotel was full, the fire alarm light in our room was flashing. We spoke to the front desk. They said they would send someone to look at it, but they did not. When I went back and asked, they said that no one was coming until the next day although there were eight rooms affected. The hotel is full, all hotels in the area were full due to an airport issue. We had to sleep with the light flashing. The next morning when we checked out, they said that the manager will be refunding our money but no one has refunded our money, no one has contacted us. I cannot submit a photo because it’s a flashing light, but I have a video. This format will not let me upload a video.

Liked: Location to airport
Disliked: The pool was closed up and the bar was not open when we were there and breakfast didn’t start until 6:00 and for being an airport hotel work people flying so early it should have started at 5:00am to be helpful and courtesy of the guests
