Liked: We spent 5 days at the hotel. Price was cheaper than Manhattan and took only 15 minutes to get New York city center that was the main reason to choose this hotel. Bus stop is only 50 meter from hotel entrance. All in all we were satisfied with all services.

Liked: Cozy rooms
Disliked: Rooms are sound proof enough but the doors are not. So anyone walking pass and walking in the corridor is very clearly heard in the room, especially when you have the room in front of the elevator

Very good

Liked: Roomy, space for the whole family.
Disliked: Poor housekeeping. Comes every other day. Did not make beds, took towels but failed to leave enough clean ones. Forgot to refill toilet paper.
