Will stay again
Liked: Nice staff, unique vibe. PET friendly and not just Dog friendly.
Disliked: Pretty clean, rates could be better based on location.

Liked: Very beautiful hotel and area. Only disappointment was the water issue. In which case I had no idea until we went to shower Friday night and it was freezing. But the issue was fixed the following night and we were compensated. The staff is extremely polite and knowledgeable of the area.I felt bad for them the way some of the guests were acting, due to the water issue! We will definitely be staying here again.Thank you for the great hospitality !!
Disliked: Only disappointment was the water issue.

Needed a getaway!
Liked: The staff! Wonderful staff! I asked for the room I got and should have kept the original room that was reserved! But over all loved the place and staff!

Taller manager was rude!
Liked: Exclusivity, lawn by hotel very lively atmosphere
Disliked: Not a great selection of family friendly restaurantes in walking distance

not recommended, bad service and...
Liked: Location is very good.
Disliked: unfriendlily staff, trash can full of food lefts , very smelly wasn't removed from previous guests, took them almost 1 hour to send someone to take the trash, after 2 phone calls . They don't clean the room or change the towels for 5 days we were there with the excuse of the Corona, other hotels do so. Breakfast offer almost nothing, with the excuse of Corona, we had to eat breakfast outside. it is a joke to call it breakfast

Liked: The property was conveniently located, parking was easy to find, there?s lots of food and activities surrounding. The gym inside was nice and concessions had the important things I needed.
Disliked: Cleaning the rooms only once per 7 days is unacceptable. Especially when you have people staying for longer periods, you accumulate things like dirty towels, sheets, and dirt tracked in. At least every 4 days for sanitation and keeping the rooms nice is more adequate, especially when it?s requested it should be honored and not make paying customers feel like a burden.

It was a home away...
Liked: I liked that there were dishes, utensils, cookware, dish detergent, a dishwasher, dishwasher detergent and paper towels.
Disliked: I didn't like that the iron didn't work or that the couch was squeaky in one spot.
