This hotel was so nice. The next few less expensive hotels in the area were only $20-30 cheaper a night and nowhere near as nice looking as this. It was our first getaway with our two year old and there was enough space and separation in our king room that everything was very comfortable for all of us. Loved the pool and free breakfast. My husband's band played at Mr. Small's and it was the perfect area for the toddler and I to unwind and for my husband to relax once he finished his show. Also convenient to Pittsburgh attractions the following day! Thank you for such a pleasant trip and comfortable accommodations!

We tend to use AirBnB a lot when we travel, mostly for the price. But this particular trip, all the AirBnB's in the area we were looking at were pretty expensive. The price of Hyatt House was totally comparable, so I opted to book a hotel room there. The staff was friendly

Liked: Clean; modern; friendly; great location.
Disliked: There was a large family with many adults and what seemed like dozens of kids in the room next to us. They liked to hang out in the hallway. OMG.

Liked: The facility. Good size kitchen with utensils
Disliked: The extra bedsheets/blankets for the kids were handed to us at reception to be taken to the room ourselves while we were holding our stuff and literally had no space to hold them. I have never seen this before , it was kind of rude behavior and no help was offered to take them to the room , so we struggled.
