This hotel was so nice. The next few less expensive hotels in the area were only $20-30 cheaper a night and nowhere near as nice looking as this. It was our first getaway with our two year old and there was enough space and separation in our king room that everything was very comfortable for all of us. Loved the pool and free breakfast. My husband's band played at Mr. Small's and it was the perfect area for the toddler and I to unwind and for my husband to relax once he finished his show. Also convenient to Pittsburgh attractions the following day! Thank you for such a pleasant trip and comfortable accommodations!

We tend to use AirBnB a lot when we travel, mostly for the price. But this particular trip, all the AirBnB's in the area we were looking at were pretty expensive. The price of Hyatt House was totally comparable, so I opted to book a hotel room there. The staff was friendly

Liked: Clean; modern; friendly; great location.
Disliked: There was a large family with many adults and what seemed like dozens of kids in the room next to us. They liked to hang out in the hallway. OMG.

Liked: nice, clean and large rooms. convenient location. nice lobby, as well. in general nice and convenient.
Disliked: breakfast was awful. But then I live in India where the standards of hospitality industry are way higher than in the US. Also, one night they shut off water supply completely for some work. When I protested and asked if they were going to give a discount for inconvenience caused, they were completely bewildered.

Bad

Disliked: So when we got to the hotel we were told that they were fully booked. I made the reservations 2 weeks ago, they called me the day of checking in and I confirmed we were coming but when we got there to my surprise they said they were fully booked and they wanted us to relocate us. Very disappointed. They said that when you book with 3rd party this tend to happen.

I will definitely stay again.

Disliked: Shower could have been a bit cleaner

Disconnect between Booking.com & property...

Liked: Location was close to our college visit. Also close to some good coffee places. Easy to get to, and parking was convenient.
Disliked: There was some confusion between Booking.com & the property. I was booked 2 rooms accordion Booking, but the property only had be for 1, and the hotel was full so no additional rooms were available. I am not sure where the failure is, but it makes me inclined to not use Booking.com ever in the future.
