Hyatt House New Orleans Downtown

Good

Liked: The stay was pleasant enough, as expected really as I stay at this franchise frequently. Breakfast was fine, and there is a walkway between the 2 Hyatts which was great. Not sure where the pool was, that was never really explained, however I did not really want to go swimming so I didn't investigate thoroughly.
Disliked: I'm not sure what happened, but I requested maid service for each day that I was there, was told that it was recorded in the system, yet each day I never received the service. It was really only applicable to the bathroom and replacing the towels, and that never happened. On the final day of a 2 night stay I did see that they were in the room, as they bagged up the old towels and left the bag in the room indicating that those towels were ready for laundry? At any rate, they didn't replace the full set of towels, and as a result, I had to go to the gym to retrieve 3 mid size towels in there to use as a complete towel.

Liked: The hotel was really nice and maintained! The breakfast was amazing!
Disliked: That they tried to charge my card each night, all for different amounts.
