Convenient location for short stay...

Liked: Great location with free shuttle from LAX. The gym was a good size. Breakfast included - simple but fresh.
Disliked: Very small pool area.

Nice staff, clean large room...

Liked: Large rooms, clean and near LAX. Free shuttle to your specific airline for departures.
Disliked: The shower’s water pressure was a bit weak.

Liked: The facility is absolutely beautiful. I was there for a convention and wished I had more time to really relax and enjoy all the facilities however overall my husband and I enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: Needed to be more lighting in the bathroom and the countertop was too small. I realized that hotel designers don't realize that women need great lighting and space for their make-up, jewelry, and hair products. Also, there should have been lighting near the coffee/microwave area. Ijs

Free airport shuttle, but noise,...

Liked: I appreciated the early check-in which helped start my stay on a positive note. The staff responded quickly to fix the clogged shower drain once I reported it in person. The room was otherwise comfortable. They also offer a free shuttle from and to the airport, which is really great, it’s actually why I chose this hotel.
Disliked: Unfortunately, my stay was disrupted by loud noise coming from neighboring rooms late at night, which affected my rest. I also had serious concerns about hygiene after my mother experienced irritation, possibly from insects or mites in the bed. Despite these issues being reported promptly, I found the response impersonal and the lack of compensation disappointing. Communication over the phone was difficult, and no manager was available during the early morning check-out to address my concerns. I have sent several emails about these issues and am still waiting for a response...On top of that, we were given a room in the middle of the building with no window, which felt quite stuffy and unsettling.Additionally, we planned to arrive early to drop off our luggage before returning the rental car, but it was impossible to find the hotel entrance or any parking or short-term stop in front of the reception. We had to give up and carry our luggage all the way to the airport, where the shuttle then picked us up.
