Liked: Very nice room, helpful staff, and free parking. Included breakfast was also good, except for the pancakes.
Disliked: We ate at the bar and found things to be a bit unorganized. Those working were very hospitable, just seemed a bit confused as if it was their first day.

Liked: Overall experience was good.
Disliked: I requested higher floor, but it wasn’t available. They didn’t honor the request made at the time of booking.The rooms are not sound proof, you can hear everything going on the hallway and parking lot, so we couldn’t rest well.

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: 1. Upon exiting the room Sunday morning, we found that a pizza & a bottle of Pepsi had been delivered to our room during the night. We did NOT order this. I tried to tell the man at the checkout about this and with each attempt to communicate his only response was "no". I don't know if he didn't understand sufficient English or if he was just trying to be a jerk. Either way it was very awkward and rather unprofessional. If you don't understand something you ask for clarification. 2. I also had to report at checkout that there was a man & woman having a very heated argument in the room across from ours that we could hear all the way to the elevator. Being concerned for their physical safety, I also attempted to report this. Not sure if the checkout guy understood me or if he even cared.
