Great, clean place to stay. Was close to the Walmart Amp and was easy to get in and out of.

Liked: The hotel was clean; employees were knowledgeable and nice to deal with. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful.

The front desk employees were super awesome. We had a great stay and will definitely be back if ever in that area again.

Disliked: We didn't have any utensil's or coffee stirrers in our room for coffee.

Disliked: We had no hot water on Friday night and the water pressure was horrible when we were showering on Sunday morning.

Liked: Honestly my experience was great. The staff were all super friendly, it was very clean, the indoor pool was kid friendly, and the breakfast was amazing. Stayed her for a soccer tournament and definitely will be coming back.

Liked: The beds were so comfortable. I have back issues and hate hotel stays bc I usually wake up so stiff. But I didn’t have that issue at all here. The beds weren’t hard, which is how they usually are at hotels. This was the best part for me. The shower pressure was also pretty great.
Disliked: The pool was absolutely freezing. And the jacuzzi was out of order and drained. I called ahead of time to ensure the pool was open and operating due to a special needs kid that I must have a pool for when we travel. They told me the pool was fine and there weren’t any issues so I kept my booking. I didn’t ask about the jacuzzi, which I clearly should have. One would think that if I ask about the pool and you know that the jacuzzi I wasn’t working, that would be the time that you would share that even if I don’t ask specifically about it. I didn’t get in the pool at all bc once I get cold I can’t get warm, so that made it more difficult to engage with my son during pool time. The pool and jacuzzi was the reason I booked at this hotel, as our usual hotel is under construction. Wish it had been functional and not freezing, especially with the jacuzzi being out of order bc you couldn’t get out of the pool to warm up in the jacuzzi.
