Very good

Liked: The location of the Grand Hyatt is excellent with direct access from Grand Central Station. The staff was polite and efficient.
Disliked: The room was a little small but that is to be expected in a NYC hotel.

It was fine

Liked: Close to meetings at One Vanderbilt. Room was clean.
Disliked: Impersonal, and crazy expensive for a bed and bathroom only. Old hotel. Hate the destination fee.
