Great hotel with excellent location.

Liked: Location is excellent. Room was great - really liked all the new lighting. Plenty of elevators.
Disliked: The wifi was pretty bad. Would have been nice if the market store in the lobby carried basic personal care sundries - deodorant, toothpaste, etc.

Liked: Only location and interior.
Disliked: Service was not up to mark. I had to phone so many times to get kettle even though I had sent an email 1 month ago. Safe was broken, not fixed for full time we stayed. Staff only wants tips and is very hesitating in providing services... in break fast area, staff is talking more and providing less service. Breakfast is not great, only few things, very boring and dull every day..Sheets were very dirty and they were not getting changed even after 3 days..
