A very expensive stay at...
Liked: The location was the only good thing about my stay at this hotel. Everything else was a dissapointment.
Disliked: - The staff was a little bit rude overall - The AC did not work in room #1 - The AC was extremely loud in room #2 (I had to turn it off at night due to this) - When complaining about the AC not working and that my room was 80+ degrees, I got no help. - The fancy touch light switches were awful and unnecessary as they simply did not work. I had to go to the bathroom in complete darkness as they simply would not turn on. - The bathroom was extremely small, the smallest bathroom I have ever seen. Overall, for the price I paid, I regret staying at this Hyatt and will never stay there again.

Liked: the first room that they checked me in was full of weed smell and then I talked to the manager and they transfer me to another room. there is no restaurants/cafes and according to them its because of covid safety measures. the second room was good.
Disliked: i wanted to print my flight ticket and they dont have a printer.
