Not worth it at ALL

Liked: Didn’t like it, go anywhere else
Disliked: Horrible staff, constant construction, constant staff attempts to walk in room when I noted I needed no service in my check in. No ac, would not provide a real fridge in my suite for my medication storage. No room service. Bar was a joke. Just very bland overpriced and lackluster. Concierge even asked my medical delivery staff what medication they were delivering. As of HIPPA didn’t exist or that it was any of their business.

Great location, nice hotel, questionable...

Liked: I liked the location. It’s really easy to get around the city from the Financial District by the subways. It was a nice hotel. Clean, comfortable beds.
Disliked: I didn’t like that the bathroom door didn’t latch closed, and it was made of glass. I could see my partner through it while he was using the toilet! And I could hear him too, if you know what I mean

Nice hotel for short trips.

Liked: It was close to a lot of subway stations and also a lot of food places. They work with the parking garage next door so we got a good price on overnight parking!
Disliked: My room wasn’t all that clean and some of the tiles in the bathroom were loose or cracked, also the ac system didn’t seem to work in our room.

Very good

Liked: Very well located, easy to get to all the areas we wanted to visit and near to lots of nice places to eat.
Disliked: The hotel was about what I expected for the price and I think it was good value for money for such a central Manhattan location. The room was very comfortable and spacious, the bathroom was a nice style, but a little bit tired, hence my 4 rather than 5 stars. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.Overall, a really good stay.
