Liked: The hotel didn't have an a/c and got really hot during our stay. I upgraded the room on booking 2 weeks before and never got the upgraded room. It was half the size with no microwave or blackout curtains.
Disliked: Bathroom was nice

Liked: Great Location, looking forward to staying again. Staff were amazing. This was a birthday celebration and it was perfect.

Liked: The breakfast was wonderful! A wide array of fresh and prepared items were available self - serve. Coffee and teas were served by a very pleasant and attentive staff.After our outing in downtown NYC, we returned to get our left bags and the front desk attendant offered us some cool fresh water!
Disliked: There was an advertised " Happy Hour ". But when we asked about it upon checking in, we were told it wasn't offered, and that we were welcome to go to the bar for regular drinks service. Also, for some reason, only the service elevator was working & there didn't seem to be any notice about the regular elevators being broken.

Great location

Liked: Great location, walking distance to the pier for the statue of liberty tours, Wall Street, and the 9/11 memorial. There are lots of nice coffee shops around. The room had everything we needed and was perfect for our last night in New York.

Liked: The design, it was very clean. Also, there was a problem with our reservation because we booked through Booking and it never showed up in the hotel's system, but the front desk lady was really helpful and gave as rooms right away.
Disliked: It was nothing I didn't like in particular.
