Hyatt Centric Faneuil Hall Boston

Central location

Liked: The stay at the Hyatt was great. The staff was kind and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, although rather on the small side. I was only in for one night in transit, and so did not use most of the facilities. They allowed an extra hour at check out and held the suitcase while I explored Boston. The best feature of the hotel is its location. It is right at the center of downtown, close walking distance to the park and other important sites. There is a T station at the end of the street (100 meters), and it is easy to use for transportation to the airport.
Disliked: Apart from the price (which seems very typical for Boston), I was very happy with my choice.

Disliked: There were no dressers to put clothes. Lived out of suitcase. Beds were small for two people.

Disliked: One member of our party had a small but deep cut, we had a bandage for it, but when we requested some kind of alcohol/sanitizing wipe to clean the wound staff told us they were all out. We’ve stayed at multiple other hotels and never had an issue when requesting a simple need like basic first aid. Doors also let in a lot of noise from people passing through the hallways outside.

Liked: Great location to most places to visit. With walking. Uber and Sightseeing Buses. Staff friendly and helpful. Very clean and tidy
Disliked: Maybe the room could have been bigger. But I do get the design of the hotel. And for price you pay. I think Breakfast should be included. But it won't stop us from staying at the Hyatt centric Boston massachusetts again

Liked: Welcome voucher for a drink in the hotel bar for all the guests. Really clean facilities. Coffee bar opens at 6:30, you can grab coffee and have a walk across a harbour
Disliked: Check-in/Check-out time difference is tough. You check in relatively late 16:00, and check out at 11:00
