Liked: was a quick overnight. comfortable room, but a little challenged on comfortable lighting - it was hard to work with the computer on the little desk/table. overall a lovely place to stay in downtown Boston - only 1/2 block from the blue line from the airport!
Disliked: nothing

Wonderful staff! Great location and...

Liked: Great location. We heard that the hotel was repurposed from an office building, and we commend this excellent transformation. The best thing about it was the front desk reception. Su and a young man with dark curly hair were both so very helpful, friendly, welcoming, and professional. We really appreciated the way they made our stay feel very personal and comfortable! We were surprised and so grateful that we were able to extend our checkout time by an hour, and to be able to store our luggage for a few hours while we explore Boston after checkout.
Disliked: Rooms were very tiny, and a little difficult for two adults to navigate around each other in the narrow passage ways between furniture in the room. Still, everything was comfortable, and everything we needed was provided.

Liked: The stay at the Hyatt was great. The staff was kind and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, although rather on the small side. I was only in for one night in transit, and so did not use most of the facilities. They allowed an extra hour at check out and held the suitcase while I explored Boston. The best feature of the hotel is its location. It is right at the center of downtown, close walking distance to the park and other important sites. There is a T station at the end of the street (100 meters), and it is easy to use for transportation to the airport.
Disliked: Apart from the price (which seems very typical for Boston), I was very happy with my choice.
