Location, Location, Location!

Liked: Great amenities. We stayed there for our anniversary and we had a nice surprise waiting for us in our room. We had a complimentary appetizer dip and a bottle of wine. We enjoyed the scenery. We walked everywhere and enjoyed the evening on Beale St. When night came we went up to the rooftop, had a beautiful view of the Memphis Bridge while enjoying cocktails. Valet parking made it easy when we did need our vehicle. I highly recommend staying here.

Liked: Location close to Beale! Enjoyed the pool and how they had people ask you if you want to order anything. Pool bathroom was close to pool so that was nice! Very friendly staff! Food and drinks were good! Free water inside!
Disliked: Breakfast package or how they did it. I would of preferred a breakfast variety like continental rather than allowance at a resturant.

Disliked: No coffee in room.

Great central hotel

Liked: Great hotel in an excellent central location . The hotel made an extra fuss of my husband as he was celebrating his birthday. They gave him complimentary cocktails and a bottle of wine, There was also a plate of cheese and charcuterie in our room on arrival. Very clean, cannot fault this hotel. Would thoroughly recommend.
Disliked: Nothing
